I have been a member for close to two years now. The services and staff at Hand and Stone are professional, courteous, and helpful. My massage therapist, Harper, is phenomenal. She possesses the expertise to pinpoint problem areas and address them in a way that allows me to carry on with my daily tasks without any tightness or stiffness. I wholeheartedly recommend Hand and Stone. I have been and will continue to be a member, benefiting from the exceptional staff and services they offer.
The establishment was spotless and adorned with lovely decorations. The receptionists at the front desk were welcoming and efficient. However, I was not particularly impressed with the massage therapist. A massage is meant to be a soothing experience, but the strokes felt rushed and lacked a calming effect. The therapist treated one foot differently than the other, and neglected to address the tension in my neck, which is where I carry the most stress. While the pressure was adequate, it seemed as though the therapist was in a rush to conclude the session.
I have been a regular visitor to Hand & Stone Winter Springs for several months now. The reception staff is consistently warm and efficient in getting me checked in promptly. The ambiance is tranquil, and they always offer water before and after services. My provider, Sophia, is exceptional. I appreciate how she discusses our session plans upfront, sets expectations, and then delivers an exceptional service. She applies the perfect amount of pressure during the massage, effectively relieving tension. I have already scheduled my next three appointments with her!
