Hailing from Louisville, Kentucky, I regret that I won't be able to return for a fill-in anytime soon. However, if I find myself back in the area, this will definitely be my go-to spot. The service was outstanding, the staff was friendly, and the prices were fair without any hidden fees. Overall, a fantastic environment.
I've been a regular here for years and always had top-notch manicures. However, the recent change in ownership and name has led to disappointing experiences. Paying nearly $100 for a manicure that chips within days is simply not acceptable.
Alex and Taylor pampered my 5-year-old daughter with pedicures today, and they did an EXCEPTIONAL job. Alex was especially wonderful with my little one, keeping her laughing and smiling throughout the entire visit. Taylor was attentive, sweet, and executed my requests perfectly. These two truly deserve all the recognition and praise they can get! Thank you, Alex and Taylor, for making our visit unforgettable!
