Gretchen is my go-to!! 🩷💚 Gretchen's meticulous attention to detail, attentive listening to my preferences, and engaging conversations keep me coming back. She takes the time to truly understand her clients, and I feel genuinely seen and valued by her. Rue 48 is, without a doubt, my top choice salon. I recently visited for the first time and will definitely return. Luckily snagged a last-minute appointment due to a busy schedule, but felt I urgently needed a haircut. Was thrilled they could fit me in. While I usually see my beloved stylist elsewhere, who is usually booked out for weeks, I was a bit apprehensive to try a new place. However, I was more than satisfied with the outcome. JP was EXCEPTIONAL and absolutely nailed the haircut and style. It was exactly what I wanted, I'm completely obsessed. Would wholeheartedly recommend her!!!
