I had an unfortunate experience with the poorest customer service at this salon. They seemed indifferent to my concerns, and the technician handling my nails was quite rough, resulting in sore fingers. To add to the disappointment, my nail polish chipped off the following day. I cannot in good faith recommend this establishment.
Kai did an exceptional job on my dip powder nails, leaving me completely satisfied. He swiftly addressed the minor missed spots I pointed out, showcasing his attention to detail and precision. I am thoroughly impressed and will certainly be a repeat customer!
I have stumbled upon a fantastic new nail salon! On my first visit, I encountered a minor issue, but they promptly scheduled me for a complimentary fix the very next morning. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional.
