They deserve NO stars at all…. Not only were they extremely rude and the individual was so disrespectful he even began recording me as if I was doing something wrong when all I was doing was pointing out that my pedicure French tips weren't done well..... and that they should NOT be reusing MR.PUMICE bars as it's very unhygienic. Ariel actually said, "If you're picky about that kind of thing, you can bring YOUR OWN PUMICE BAR"..... absolutely outrageous and highly disrespectful. I feel like they treat the women there like slaves with how the man treated me.... he started recording me in a gen z style manner.... he took out his phone, smiled, and waved it around while recording. I've been there before and never had an issue until this new individual was incredibly rude to the point where I am contacting my lawyer tomorrow.
Amy is my favorite! She's the most amazing person in the entire world! Her massages are a true delight. She excels in waxing and Gel nails as well. I always go to Amy!
