Elite Nails

I spent $180.00 on eyelash extensions, but three days later, they started falling off. When I returned to the salon to address the issue, Lisa, without even inspecting my lashes or inquiring about the problem, questioned why I hadn't spoken up earlier. This confrontation occurred in front of other customers, leaving me upset. I had been a loyal customer for years, never paying less than $75.00 for services. Lisa seemed to insinuate that I was seeking something for free. When I returned a week later to show her the state of my lashes, she quoted me $30.00 to remove them. Other customers were shocked to see how sparse my lashes had become within a week of the expensive application. Lisa claimed she was too busy to remove them and couldn't provide a timeframe for when I could come back. This lack of accountability and customer service was disappointing, and I have decided not to return.

This salon is below average. Every visit leaves me dissatisfied with my nails. This was my third and final time going there. The nail shape I requested was not executed properly - instead of sharp edges, they turned out bulky. A rhinestone fell off as soon as I got home. Additionally, when I tried to communicate my design preferences to the technician, she began speaking loudly in another language with her coworkers, giving off an annoyed vibe. It's frustrating to see my money go to waste.

The service was decent, but my nails had lumps, uneven glitter distribution, and a messy bottom. There were also bubbles in the acrylic. Despite an overall positive experience, I was disappointed with the final result of my nails.
