I spent $180.00 on eyelash extensions, but three days later, they started falling off. When I returned to the salon to address the issue, Lisa, without even inspecting my lashes or inquiring about the problem, questioned why I hadn't spoken up earlier. This confrontation occurred in front of other customers, leaving me upset. I had been a loyal customer for years, never paying less than $75.00 for services. Lisa seemed to insinuate that I was seeking something for free. When I returned a week later to show her the state of my lashes, she quoted me $30.00 to remove them. Other customers were shocked to see how sparse my lashes had become within a week of the expensive application. Lisa claimed she was too busy to remove them and couldn't provide a timeframe for when I could come back.
