This location is incredibly convenient for me. The establishment is consistently immaculate, and the staff are always friendly and courteous.
I have visited this establishment a few times in the past year. Dayna usually does an exceptional job with my haircut. Today, I had a new stylist. I'm not familiar with her name, but she had dark hair and tattoos. It was, without a doubt, the worst haircut I have ever received. She showed no concern for the outcome. Despite my repeated requests for a simple trim, I ended up with a nearly shaved head. I emphasized MULTIPLE TIMES that I prefer my hair long and just needed a tidy up. Unfortunately, she completely ignored my wishes. If you decide to visit this place, make sure Dayna is the one cutting your hair; she has always done an excellent job.
