This used to be my go-to place, so I decided to give it another try today. However, I will never go back. I stood at the front desk for a while before anyone looked up from their phones to help me. And then, I received the worst pedicure of my life. It literally looks like a toddler painted my toes. We won't even get into the fact that she cut me. Pictures in the comments.
I had my acrylics removed here and my nails were left in a terrible state. Large globs of glue were left on my nails, not just small flecks, but globs. The nail polish was also left on, and now they are all dented, peeling messes that hurt to touch. I had to go somewhere else to get the rest of the glue taken off AGAIN. Not to mention, she burned my skin and nails while drilling the acrylics off. I wouldn't recommend coming here, even if you were desperate. Also, they only have around 3 employees working, so it's hard for them to accommodate clients.
💥💥PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING💥💥 I only give this place a 2-star rating because of the girl "Anne" who works there; she's a sweetheart, and I love her. If you can do your nails with her, that's awesome. On the other hand, this place is horrible because of the MANAGER! She feels like she can treat people like trash just because she's the manager. She is so rude and disrespectful, always having an attitude. So unprofessional, she shouldn't be the manager, honestly. She even started an argument with me because the other lady couldn't make time to do my nails. She doesn't know how to talk to people and explain; she just speaks with a smart mouth. I told her I didn't book my appointment with her, so let the other lady explain to me why she can't do them. The only thing she did was scream and say, "I'm the manager," "I run the show here." 🤮🤮 She is miserable. If you can, stay away from her, please do so.
