Drew was incredibly helpful, exceptionally knowledgeable, and offered me various food choices for my canine companion. He efficiently noted down my details so Luna could be added to the grooming service waitlist. I had visited the Glenwood Location multiple times, and either no one bothered to inquire about my well-being, or very minimal information was shared. Drew truly transformed my experience in a profoundly positive manner! My dog is content with the food suggestions and treats too! Much appreciation!
I must say, I adore how each creature (barring flocks of birds, mice, rats, etc...) is given a name and a sweet little description about taking them home. The establishment was spotless, the staff were diligently tending to cleaning enclosures while we were there, and I could sense their genuine care for the animals. Our child had a great time seeing the animals and selecting a toy for our feline companion back at home. :-)
