Took my child twice to get her hair styled here. Initially, the box braids were nice, but later found out the stylist only knew how to do box braids with rubber bands. On the third visit, noticed a braid coming loose as we left. The stylist, Kendra, insisted it was fine. However, when we got home, several braids had come out. The price increased from $65 to $85, but no one responded to my texts or calls. Disappointed as I liked the shop but now feel like I wasted my money and just wanted the issue fixed.
If possible, I would give zero stars. The stylist didn't come close to the style I wanted and mistakenly rinsed my hair instead of dyeing it. Eating while working on my hair made the experience terrible. I would not recommend this salon.
This salon is family-owned and filled with talented individuals. They offer a range of services, from manicures to eyebrow shaping, catering to all ages. I appreciate their reasonable prices, lower than other places I've visited.
