Pretty good massage.
Stepping on my back with feet did not help much at all. I wish they spent that time using other methods, it was an inaccurate blunt tool instead of focused on specific muscle groups. I had high hopes for my problem to get at least a few days of repreive, but sharp pain returned later that day. I understand it's not a cure-all but I have had other massages yield results/do the trick a bit better.
