My first visit for a pedicure left my toes bleeding the next day. On my second visit, they forgot my scheduled appointment and I had to wait. (They were quite impolite about it.) The owner lacks basic manners and good customer service. There are far superior salons out there. I only chose this one due to its proximity to my home. Next time, I will definitely go elsewhere.
