I had a scheduled appointment, but upon arrival, I was informed that I should have called ahead as they do not regularly check the online portal. On another occasion, after making a phone appointment, I was told there was no record of it. It appears the person who took my call did not properly schedule me. The hairstylist I encountered was impolite and did not offer any apologies. She insisted it was not her fault and refused to acknowledge the mistake made by their staff. She seemed displeased when she did not receive a tip for her rude behavior.
Fantastic haircut and eyebrow shaping! The staff was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming.
