On the whole, I believe this establishment has its merits. The staff members were friendly, and the premises were well-maintained. However, I must express my disappointment with the massage I received. I had requested a lymphatic massage, but the technique used did not align with my expectations. Lymphatic massages typically involve light to medium pressure, with gentle pulsing and stroking motions. In contrast, the therapist applied deep pressure that felt uncomfortable, possibly using their elbow or the base of their hand. Despite my repeated requests to adjust the pressure, the session did not meet my needs. While this place may suit others seeking a different style of massage, it did not meet my personal preferences.
I had a wonderful massage experience at this establishment today. The ambiance exudes elegance and cleanliness. The massage therapist displayed great enthusiasm and skillfully eased the tension in my shoulders and neck. I am definitely looking forward to returning!
The staff members here are pleasant, but they frequently interrupt sessions to attend to phone calls and text messages, which detracts from the overall experience. It would be beneficial for them to have a dedicated receptionist to manage these distractions. During my one-hour session, I counted at least 6 interruptions, with one instance of the therapist leaving the room to assist a walk-in client.
