TERRIBLE establishment... zero customer care!!!!! Two young individuals were on duty, and one was consistently impolite to my spouse and child throughout. I was upset that my spouse left a tip. It was their first time there and will undoubtedly be their last. The individual had a negative attitude from the start, argued with my spouse, and seemed unwelcoming. The haircut was passable, but the sides were noticeably uneven. I strongly recommend trying a different place!
Today marked my initial visit to Sports Clips. I was thoroughly pleased with the service. The establishment was well-maintained and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Jordan styled my hair and did a fantastic job. Despite the distance, I'll be back for my next trim.
My spouse ventured into this spot for the first time and had a Taylor trim his hair. Regrettably, when he politely communicated to Taylor that the cut was not to his liking, Taylor turned the chair so he couldn't see the mirror. At the end, Taylor simply said "you're set" instead of asking for feedback. He left feeling ignored.
