I entered Bloom feeling somewhat like an outsider. Having recently relocated to Oregon, this was the first salon I opted to visit. I had seen a few stylists online, but chose to give Jordan a chance. Love the new place! They have done a great job making the place very functional and fresh. Emily gives the best men's cut in town and beyond. If I cut hair, I would want a spot at this place. I am sure this will be a booming location with her in charge of it. It is also very convenient for me.
