I must say, I do not like giving negative feedback. The salon was clean, the staff were friendly, my nail stylist worked hard, and they took me as a walk-in with minimal wait time. However, if you value your hard-earned money and rare pampering moments, I would not suggest trying dip powder with tips here. The service took over 2 hours and the outcome was thick and lumpy despite my multiple concerns raised. Instead of just the tips, she dipped my entire pinky in glitter, leaving me with 2 glittery pinky nails and the rest plain. I requested a flesh-colored nail with black tips but got a peachy color with half the nail in black. I am truly disappointed. *Edit: Days later, my finger is scabbing from the Dremel hits. Ouch!
Wendy is always attentive and does an excellent job with my spa pedicure. She quickly did a polish change for me once, which I appreciated. I love that they are open on Sundays and evenings. This is now my favorite spot.
My previous powder dip experience was terrible. Finally went for a redo/fill here. Wendy understood my past issues and executed exactly what I desired. I am thrilled with my nails now; they are the perfect length, shape, and thickness. Wendy is sweet and professional. This will be my go-to nail salon, and I hope she continues to do my nails. The other staff were also pleasant, and I saw the beautiful work done by one of the male nail technicians on a young girl. I am delighted with the new professional and pleasant ownership.
