The salon team is incredibly pleasant and welcoming, this feedback is primarily for Amy. CAUTION!!! Amy performed a color correction on my copper hair and successfully removed the red as I had requested, During my consultation, she quoted me $585 and I questioned her twice in person to confirm if it was indeed $585 because some places tend to randomly increase prices during the process, and she assured me it wouldn't happen, so I went ahead and booked. However, yesterday, April 13, when I was there and she was almost finished applying the bleach, she surprised me by saying she had to charge an additional $50, which left me shocked because I had clarified before booking, I even asked her on Instagram and she assured me not to worry. She should have absorbed the cost and simply stated, "usually I would charge $50 more, but I won't this time," as a business owner myself, that was highly unprofessional. If I had known she was going to increase the price, I would have chosen a more honest and experienced hairdresser. She lost a customer. Beware of Amy's up-charging, opt for someone else who has more customer experience and expertise in hairdressing. I am certain she was planning to charge me more than $50, but because she saw I was upset, she settled on $50. My hair turned out okay, and at least the red is gone, but she overcharged and her work is not up to par.

I absolutely adore Ashton! I followed her to this salon even though it's farther for me now because she's just that fantastic! She always nails my balayage! I haven't had a stylist in the past who not only executes the technique correctly but also consistently delivers the color and blends it seamlessly! My grow-out looks fresh for months! Moreover, prior to trying anything new, I appreciate the thorough education on the color, style, and maintenance! She is an incredibly skilled stylist and makes you feel so at ease in her chair! If you're in search of a stylist, I can assure you that Ashton is the one for you!

Ash is a perfect 10. I usually visit a stylist for my hair, but she moved to LA. I attempted to drive there once, but it was nearly impossible. So my hair went untouched for months. I assumed it would just grow out and be fine. But as you can see, it was not looking good. I discovered Ashton through a friend's post showcasing her hair transformation by Ashton! I messaged her immediately and got all my questions answered. The salon itself is beautifully maintained. They even provide a variety of snacks and drinks. Ashton informed me that since my hair hadn't been done for a while, it would take around eight hours. It was a bit lengthy, but she prepared me beforehand. I am extremely pleased with the results. I adore her and recommend her to all my family and friends. I entrust her with my hair and will definitely return to her!!
