I must say, I do not like giving negative feedback. The salon was clean, the staff were friendly, my nail stylist worked hard, and they took me as a walk-in with minimal wait time. However, if you value your hard-earned money and rare pampering moments, I would not suggest trying dip powder with tips here. The service took over 2 hours and the outcome was thick and lumpy despite my multiple concerns raised. Instead of just the tips, she dipped my entire pinky in glitter, leaving me with 2 glittery pinky nails and the rest plain. I requested a flesh-colored nail with black tips but got a peachy color with half the nail in black. I am truly disappointed.

Amy performed a color correction on my copper hair and successfully removed the red as I had requested,
During my consultation, she quoted me $585 and I questioned her twice in person to confirm if it was indeed $585 because some places tend to randomly increase prices during the process, and she assured me it wouldn't happen, so I went ahead and booked. However, yesterday, April 13, when I was there and she was almost finished applying the bleach, she surprised me by saying she had to charge an additional $50, which left me shocked because I had clarified before booking, I even asked her on Instagram and she assured me not to worry. She should have absorbed the cost and simply stated, "usually I would charge $50 more, but I won't this time," as a business owner myself, that was highly unprofessional. If I had known she was going to increase the price, I would have chosen a more honest and experienced hairdresser. She lost a customer. Beware of Amy's up-charging, opt for someone else who has more customer experience and expertise in hairdressing. I am certain she was planning to charge me more than $50, but because she saw I was upset, she settled on $50.
