My partner and I visited the shop on 2-19-2024 to celebrate our birthdays with new piercings and tattoos. We had an amazing experience with the entire staff who were present. The shop was welcoming, and the staff engaged in friendly conversations with us. Baby did a fantastic job on our tattoos, while Start did an excellent job on our piercings. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone and anyone!
The piercings are decent if you're already familiar with the necessary aftercare and are seeking an affordable option. However, the tattoos leave much to be desired. Some staff members appear overly confident in their work, failing to acknowledge areas for improvement or the quality of their tattoos. This lack of self-awareness is concerning. Communication with clients is subpar, and the tattoo quality itself is questionable. Crooked lines and excessive reworking of the same area have led to skin damage without any acknowledgment or apology. While the place is relatively clean despite the busyness, their customer service falls short. They fail to deliver top-notch services and do not meet high expectations.
I recently got my right nostril pierced along with 2 piercings in my right ear lobe. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for the piercer's name, but she displayed utmost professionalism and maintained a clean and sanitized workspace. She used needles instead of a gun, which made the process much smoother. This all took place on Saturday, 2/24 around 3pm. Despite a bit of a queue and some busyness, I was in and out within 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place.
