I would give it no stars if I could. I came in with high hopes, only to leave with just one eyebrow. The other one was completely botched by a student with no experience. I had to pay for this disaster, and they didn't even offer any compensation. I'm not kidding when I say they took off one of my eyebrows, leaving me with a thin, uneven brow. Definitely would not recommend!

Julie was absolutely fantastic! My 6-year-old daughter wanted a facial for her birthday, and Julie exceeded all expectations to create an unforgettable experience. Her kindness, patience, and warm welcome from the moment we stepped in made my daughter feel completely at ease.
