Incredibly exasperating!! The therapist failed to complete a full hour during the session, providing a lackluster massage. Disregarded my requests entirely. A profoundly negative encounter. Despite being a patron for the past two years, the lack of care exhibited was disheartening.
My opinion of this establishment fluctuates. While they offer the best rates in the area and a variety of massage options including reflexology, Swedish massage, hot stone therapy, and foot rubs, providing a comprehensive head-to-toe experience, the quality varies. The ambiance is pleasant with soothing music and cleanliness. I have visited over 10 times, with each visit ranging from satisfactory to excellent. However, there is room for improvement in maintaining a warmer environment.
This establishment is abysmal. It is unclean, inhospitable, and gives the impression that you are merely a transaction for a massage. The warm towel reeked of bleach when used on me, the temperature inside is frigid, making it an unpleasant experience. I strongly advise against visiting, as there are numerous superior alternatives. The massage was perfunctory at best. The staff seems disinterested in providing quality service, merely focused on collecting the $50 fee plus a mandatory tip. A disappointing experience overall.
