The staff members here are courteous and do a good job with regular polish applications. However, my recent visit for French tips left me dissatisfied. The technician created a square corner on my little finger that did not match the other nails. Upon returning for a fix, the second technician did not use the appropriate brush for French tips, resulting in uneven and mismatched nails. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place for anything other than a regular polish application. Approach with caution if seeking French tips. See attached photo for reference of the uneven edges.
I have frequented this establishment for quite some time and have always had a positive experience. However, my recent visit for an eyebrow wax left me disappointed. The service was quicker than usual, lacking the usual trimming and threading, and was more painful. I did not closely inspect the results due to time constraints, but upon further examination, my eyelids are red, swollen, and inflamed. My brows do not look as defined or clean as before, and it appears that the technician may have missed my brows entirely. This experience has left me confused, disappointed, and uncomfortable with the idea of returning. What a letdown :(
I have visited this place twice for regular manicures as a walk-in customer and have had consistently positive experiences. The service is efficient, thorough, and reasonably priced, and I am always pleased with the results. I look forward to returning 😊 …
