Extremely impolite and unprofessional. I inquired about three expired sessions that expired on September 29, 2023. Before they expired, I attempted to schedule an appointment at the WingHaven location, where a new manager informed me that they had recently hired a new esthetician who would not start for a couple of weeks. When I tried to book an appointment today, they refused to honor the expired sessions because I did not want a Spa Envy membership. If they had better customer service and reliable technicians, I would have considered becoming a member.Massage Envy is open in Monday: 8:00-22:00 Tuesday: 8:00-22:00 Wednesday: 8:00-22:00 Thursday: Closed Friday: 8:00-22:00 Saturday: 8:00-20:00 Sunday: 9:00-20:00
