Extremely impolite and unprofessional. I inquired about three expired sessions that expired on September 29, 2023. Before they expired, I attempted to schedule an appointment at the WingHaven location, where a new manager informed me that they had recently hired a new esthetician who would not start for a couple of weeks. When I tried to book an appointment today, they refused to honor the expired sessions because I did not want a Spa Envy membership. If they had better customer service and reliable technicians, I would have considered becoming a member.
This is my favorite spot. Everyone is incredibly friendly. Absolutely adore Orson. Meme works wonders. For top-notch customer service and consistently excellent massages, this is the place to be.
The weekend front desk attendant was incredibly helpful. I arrived at 8 am on a Saturday, and she was so kind and informative. She informed me about Massage Envy's three-month special offer - $225 for four visits. I signed up and am a satisfied customer. Jeremiah was my massage therapist, and he did an excellent job. I didn't feel sore afterward; I felt loose and rejuvenated. I plan to return next week to try the bio freeze, which is supposed to help with tight, sore muscles.
