Last year, I had my first Botox session. I spent only a minute in her chair, with no syringes in sight. She used a small plug-like device with multiple needles. There was no change in my face, no visible injection marks, and she didn't show me the product or confirm its freshness. Recently, after researching, I had another session that was completely different. I could see the injection marks on my face, spent half an hour in the chair receiving the treatment, and realized I had been completely misled by this salon. It seems they treat you differently based on whether you use a Groupon or pay full price. I even tipped her $60. My advice for anyone getting Botox is to inspect the syringes, ensure they are clean, check the box, and verify the product being used.
