During my last visit, Diane displayed condescending and rude behavior from the moment I arrived until the appointment concluded. Her attitude, coupled with unwarranted glares, was unprofessional. Additionally, the practice of cancelling appointments because a client did not speak directly to an employee seems unnecessary. Following up with them over the phone proves challenging, as calls often go unanswered or result in long hold times.
