During my last visit, Diane displayed condescending and rude behavior from the moment I arrived until the appointment concluded. Her attitude, coupled with unwarranted glares, was unprofessional. Additionally, the practice of cancelling appointments because a client did not speak directly to an employee seems unnecessary. Following up with them over the phone proves challenging, as calls often go unanswered or result in long hold times. This lack of efficient communication, especially for those with busy schedules, makes it difficult to consider returning.About
