As a patron for more than 2 years, I arrived for my appointment on 12/18, just one minute early. However, I was informed that I would need to wait for 20 minutes due to a walk-in customer who was only having her polish removed. With limited time during my lunch break, I couldn't afford to wait. What disappointed me the most was the lack of an apology for the inconvenience. I contacted a manager to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the practice of prioritizing walk-ins over appointments. It seems like they may be understaffed or focused solely on profits. While the service was previously excellent, this incident led me to seek a different salon in town for a last-minute manicure before a holiday party. Despite the convenience of this salon being close to my workplace and hometown, I will now opt to visit Style Nails in Lake Forest. Though they have always provided top-notch service, the lack of acknowledgment or compensation for the poor treatment I received at this salon has deterred me from returning. While the services are of high quality, don't anticipate any loyalty or punctuality with appointment times.
My go-to Salon and Spa for all my beauty needs, offering a comprehensive range of services including hair, facial treatments, body treatments, and nail care. They also use top-tier products.
I have consistently received exceptional service at this establishment. My manicures always turn out beautifully, and the added bonus of their massages is truly enjoyable. The staff is friendly but not overly talkative, creating a peaceful and clean environment where hygiene is clearly a priority. Unlike some other places, there are no overwhelming fumes to contend with.
