As a patron for more than 2 years, I arrived for my appointment on 12/18, just one minute early. However, I was informed that I would need to wait for 20 minutes due to a walk-in customer who was only having her polish removed. With limited time during my lunch break, I couldn't afford to wait. What disappointed me the most was the lack of an apology for the inconvenience. I contacted a manager to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the practice of prioritizing walk-ins over appointments. It seems like they may be understaffed or focused solely on profits. While the service was previously excellent, this incident led me to seek a different salon in town for a last-minute manicure before a holiday party. Despite the convenience of this salon being close to my workplace and hometown, I will now opt to visit Style Nails in Lake Forest. Though they have always provided top-notch service, the lack of acknowledgment or compensation for the poor treatment I received at this salon has deterred me from returning. While the services are of high quality, don't anticipate any loyalty or punctuality with appointment times.
