I had such a wonderful experience here and I will definitely return. The atmosphere is incredibly soothing, and the stylist (Mr. Creese) truly goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. He carefully explained each step of the hair coloring process, leaving me feeling informed and at ease. He handled my natural hair with such care... My hair turned out exactly as I had requested... I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend visiting the salon for yourself. Countless thanks to Mr. Creese!!!
He is quite pricey and not the celebrity stylist he claims to be. There are no photos of celebrities on his website. I was charged $125 for washing and braiding my hair, and $165 for shampooing, conditioning, and styling a 12” unit, despite being quoted a different price initially. He tacked on a $10 processing fee and an $18 service fee (for what, I have no idea). The curls didn't even last two days. I spent four hours in the salon because he was running very behind schedule. He didn't even apologize for the delay and making me wait so long.
