I am a dedicated reviews reader. Despite the negative feedback, I decided to give this establishment a chance as it conveniently falls along my driving route. My visit was exceptionally delightful! The wash was thorough, leaving my hair impeccably clean. I observed numerous women receiving beautifully styled hair before me, all leaving as satisfied customers. The entire team conducted themselves with utmost professionalism, catered to my needs, and executed flawlessly! While waiting, they kindly offered bottled water.😃 Additionally, they accept credit cards, a crucial convenience as many places prefer cash payments. However, I was hesitant when they suggested using their ATMs in the back for cash withdrawals...in this age of numerous scams. The price of $60 for a simple blowout service seems reasonable. Flow Bar has now become my preferred salon!
Today marked my inaugural visit here, and I am absolutely thrilled!! I just departed from the salon. I never expected my hair to turn out this fantastic. I opted for the "On the Rocks" treatment. The lady who shampooed my hair really put in the effort and scrubbed thoroughly. It felt incredibly refreshing and clean! Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the stylist with blonde hair who worked on my hair. She was truly wonderful. A solid 10 out of 10...this is now my go-to spot for my natural hair!!! I wholeheartedly recommend it.
Let me begin by saying that my shampoo experience was quite pleasant! However, the staff was disappointing. My daughter was supposed to receive a service involving "rocks with rollers," which was not provided as paid for. Nonetheless, they offered a discount for her birthday! Now, onto the hair service - they clearly lack expertise in handling damaged or short hair. The stylist with blonde hair unknowingly spoke about my daughter's hair in Spanish, not realizing she understood. To sum it up, they failed to use edge tamer in a black community? Shocking...I will not be returning.
