I had a terrible lash experience with my eyes burning and face pushed on for nearly 3 hours. They prioritize money over customer care. If you receive poor service or get hurt, they will just say it's company policy and refuse to help. They also refused to refund me for a service they didn't provide when promised. This business is run poorly and I'm shocked it exists. Avoid it for your health and wallet.
Consistently excellent service. I've been a regular for years, always receiving top-notch metro spa pedicures and UV gel refills. My favorite service is their eyelash extensions - I've tried all the sets and love them. Highly recommended.
Upon entering, a warm greeting awaits you! The spa is beautifully adorned with chandeliers, impeccably clean, which is crucial to me being a bit particular due to my age. You're promptly offered color choices and a seat. The entire team, from receptionist to nail artists, exudes kindness. I indulged in a mani/pedi. I had two different nail artists, both excelling in their craft. The manicurist was gentle and precise, ensuring clean lines for my manicure without me having to mention it. The firm massage at the end was irresistible, leading me to a state of pure relaxation. My nails looked flawless. Moving on to the pedicure, I usually struggle to relax due to ingrown toenails and ticklishness. Seated comfortably on a bench with lovely pillows, greeted warmly once more. After soaking my feet in warm water, the nail artist confirmed my chosen color and began. The massage, especially with hot rocks, was heavenly. She was meticulous and attentive, even though I told her it wasn't necessary since no one sees my toes. Her response, "you do!" was so sweet. This was the first time I truly enjoyed, relaxed, and felt pampered during a pedicure. As a business owner in the beauty industry, I need my nails to be perfect for product shots.
