I've been a loyal client of Shear Envy since its inception. Following Candace from her previous salons was the best decision. She's now the owner, and I trust her completely with my hair. Even during tough times, Candace goes above and beyond for her clients, providing custom color kits for at-home use. I had a terrible lash experience with my eyes burning and face pushed on for nearly 3 hours. They prioritize money over customer care. If you receive poor service or get hurt, they will just say it's company policy and refuse to help. They also refused to refund me for a service they didn't provide when promised. This business is run poorly and I'm shocked it exists.
