Tella was a delight to collaborate with. She styled my hair for my wedding, and it remained flawless throughout the wedding, honeymoon, and beyond! She selected top-notch hair quality, addressed all my inquiries and worries before my appointments. I would endorse her to anyone! The hair sessions felt like a fun hangout with pals. It was a fantastic experience.

I've been seeing Alex for over a year for lash extensions. He is professional, caring, efficient, and very detail-oriented. My lash extensions always look natural, and have not damaged my natural lashes at all. Alex is very responsive and accommodating, and I'm happy to have found him!

I would give 0 stars if I could. It’s truly unfortunate how this business is declining professionally. You do come by amazing aestheticians, but they all leave within a few weeks to 3 months and I wonder why. I will never return here and I’ve been coming here since 2016. Jordan the front receptionist is extremely rude and will talk down to you like you’re plain stupid or beneath them. I make way more than your salary and probably everyone in the establishment but I would never treat anybody in such a manner. If my appointment is at 12:30pm and I am in the building at 12:37pm and there’s a 7 minute grace period how am I late if a customer is being checked out in front of me and I’m not at the counter at 12:38pm and now I’m told both of my services won’t be completed because the young lady waxing me is “booked”. And like I said tone is everything. I am 9 months pregnant and if I can’t get both services let me know immediately so I can leave. But like I said I don’t take disrespect lightly especially in a professional setting and YOU need my money. Then when I reached out to the owner they were just as rude for whatever reason and I didn’t even get a chance to get into the details of what happened. They must be doing some type of fraud to stay afloat because there isn’t any way in hell this establishment is making any money with these attitudes and employees constantly leaving and working elsewhere or for themselves. And not to mention they are DIRTY, do not properly sanitize and god forbid they drop waxing beads or sticks on the floor. They will still use them on you. (From an employees mouth)😊

Impeccable service, with prices that align well with the quality of the lashes. I recommend visiting either the Montclair or Madison locations.
