I've been seeing Alex for over a year for lash extensions. He is professional, caring, efficient, and very detail-oriented. My lash extensions always look natural, and have not damaged my natural lashes at all. Alex is very responsive and accommodating, and I'm happy to have found him!
Alex has been my go-to for lashes for over a year! Not only is he professional but he is timely, sweet and super talented. I get complimented on my lashes everywhere I go and I have recommended him to numerous people who also have always had a positive experience. He makes every client look like their lashes are natural because he knows what will look best on everyone.
DON'T BOOK HERE. Alex is so unprofessional. Often late or moves appointments AND he makes up his prices on the spot. I tried time after time to develop a regular cadence and anticipate how much time/money I'd need but it'd be different every single time. I've been getting lashes for 10 years and take very good care of them and yet when I'd come back after 3 weeks with no retention he'd blame me and Upcharge me. He'd charge me for a new set without even telling me and his only explanation was "the prices are on the website". I even drove out to his Bergen county location to accommodate his schedule and when he charged me for a full set without informing me I'd need one (it had only been 3 weeks since my last fill) he complained I didn't tip him. Spend your money elsewhere. This business is overpriced and not worth it to be treated terribly.
