I would give 0 stars if I could. It’s truly unfortunate how this business is declining professionally. You do come by amazing aestheticians, but they all leave within a few weeks to 3 months and I wonder why. I will never return here and I’ve been coming here since 2016. Jordan the front receptionist is extremely rude and will talk down to you like you’re plain stupid or beneath them. I make way more than your salary and probably everyone in the establishment but I would never treat anybody in such a manner. If my appointment is at 12:30pm and I am in the building at 12:37pm and there’s a 7 minute grace period how am I late if a customer is being checked out in front of me and I’m not at the counter at 12:38pm and now I’m told both of my services won’t be completed because the young lady waxing me is “booked”. And like I said tone is everything. I am 9 months pregnant and if I can’t get both services let me know immediately so I can leave. But like I said I don’t take disrespect lightly especially in a professional setting and YOU need my money. Then when I reached out to the owner they were just as rude for whatever reason and I didn’t even get a chance to get into the details of what happened. They must be doing some type of fraud to stay afloat because there isn’t any way in hell this establishment is making any money with these attitudes and employees constantly leaving and working elsewhere or for themselves. And not to mention they are DIRTY, do not properly sanitize and god forbid they drop waxing beads or sticks on the floor. They will still use them on you. (From an employees mouth)😊

My friend recommended this place and I never went back to big names location. The prices are fair and the service is excellent. They stick to the appointment schedule. You're in and out quickly. Though book your appointment in advance because they fill up quickly. I can’t recommend just One of the ladies. I have had various ones because of schedule changes. They are all very courteous and careful with their waxing techniques. There is soft ambient music playing. The rooms are always clean and pleasing to the eye. The one issue is parking in Bloomfield. I usually get someone to drop me off and wait for me.

I got My first brow clean up and lamination done today by Taylor and they blew my mind away! I was already in love with the staff for their kindness, great service and affordable prices but when they began to offer lamination and tint services I immediately signed up. Taylor was so accommodating with heated chair massage while they quickly did my brow lamination tint and clean up. If you’re thinking about getting the service, stop wasting time and just book! You won't regret it!
