Discovered a fresh spot for nails! Booked for 10 am on a Friday. Upon arrival, it was bustling. Welcomed by Howie for a pedicure. I'm quite ticklish on my feet, but he did a fantastic job! Opted for the classic pedicure. For my nails, two were broken, which he couldn't fix, so Tina stepped in. Got two nails with gel polish and the design I wanted. Left with happy feet and stunning nails for my vacation! Many thanks! Will return! Clean place, techs well-dressed, and customers friendly, sharing tips and finished nails! 😊
Highly pleased with VIP nails... Take my 91-year-old mom every 3 weeks with Lisa, who is helpful, patient, and skilled. My daughter always loves her nails, even without requesting a specific tech. Tried various techs, always satisfied. So grateful we found this place.
Visited for gel polish removal and manicure today, felt like none of the staff wanted to serve me, had to change seats thrice. First tech kept pushing for upsells, insisting on gel polish, pedicures for me and my husband, claiming she needs the money. Handed me the polish bottle to open, which I declined, passing it to another staff. Was rough and forceful with my hands during the service, seemed to have an attitude. Despite a 20% tip due to low cost, won't be a regular here due to one of the worst customer service experiences at a nail salon.
