Absolutely do not go here!!! I called in the morning and asked if they could accommodate 4 people at the same time, pedicures, manicures and 1 fill. She said yes at 4pm. Called me 2 times and texted me to confirm in the afternoon to which I responded yes but 1 person was sick so it would only be 3 of us. We get there and they only have 3 workers. They tell 2 of us to go to the back for pedicures. One lady did a pedicure while the rest of us waited. Then when she was done the pedicure she started the other pedicure. All while I waited for any service to actually start. At this point it's 4:45 and I have had zero service, 1 person had a pedicure and 1 person was in the middle of a pedicure. I ended up getting no services at all as I would have had my party waiting on me, while they were fully done. Absolutely not acceptable business at all. I had an appointment, they were the ones who picked the appointment time. The pedicure was lackluster and rushed, manicures were extremely basic and the painting was subpar. Also tried to charge my daughter adult price and offered no discount for the extreme inconvenience.

Discovered a fresh spot for nails! Booked for 10 am on a Friday. Upon arrival, it was bustling. Welcomed by Howie for a pedicure. I'm quite ticklish on my feet, but he did a fantastic job! Opted for the classic pedicure. For my nails, two were broken, which he couldn't fix, so Tina stepped in. Got two nails with gel polish and the design I wanted. Left with happy feet and stunning nails for my vacation! Many thanks! Will return! Clean place, techs well-dressed, and customers friendly, sharing tips and finished nails! 😊

I trust Chynnea with my Australians. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve been using her for over a year and I haven’t had any negative experiences after. She does an amazing job & it’s so precise. I definitely recommend that you have her as your esthetician! The suite is beautiful and promotes a calm, soothing vibe! Chynnea is also a vibe—she has such good energy and very knowledgeable in her crafts. 100/10!!!
