They were impolite, spoke French disrespectfully in my presence, turned $30.00 haircut into a $90.00 one. If you're fair-skinned, avoid this place, the manager is very biased.

Booking an appointment is simple, with any of the male team members or one of the female stylists usually answering the phone and providing outstanding customer care. From my experience, the salon's ambiance is warm and inviting, creating a sense of value and comfort for clients. The entire staff cultivates an atmosphere where individuals truly feel at ease.
