I was heading out on vacation and wanted to have my nails done beforehand. I requested a chocolate glazed doughnut look. Unfortunately, the nails turned out thick, uneven, and didn't follow the natural curve of my nail bed. It seemed like the nail technician rushed through the process, as it was the quickest nail appointment I've ever had. The acrylic used was too small, making it look disproportionate to my small, short hands. I've been getting my nails done for years, but took a break before this appointment. This experience was not what I expected at all. The nails are so disappointing that I plan to have them removed once I reach my destination.
First time visiting, and it was a delightful experience. The salon was clean, beautifully decorated for Christmas, with minimal waiting time and complimentary refreshments. Hanna did an excellent job with my nail polish. THANK YOU
