I always take my beloved pups, Nutmeg and Pepper, to Brian at PetSmart in Gilroy. He is kind, gentle, and does a fantastic job grooming them. My dogs always come back happy and looking great. Thank you, Brian, for your excellent care!
My experience at the PetSmart in Gilroy was awful. The staff were negligent and my poor dog ended up traumatized. I expected better care for my furry friend.
I recently visited PetSmart and was disappointed with the lack of care for the beta fish. The cups were only half full of water despite my requests to fill them up. The staff need to be more attentive to the well-being of the animals.
