While I was open to going lighter and achieving a blond hue, I left with a color I could tolerate. However, the haircut was drastically shorter than requested. Upon expressing my concerns, I was met with resistance and told I would not receive a refund, despite not seeking one. I was merely seeking guidance on how to manage the overly short cut. Despite providing a reference photo and outlining my desired outcome, the stylist failed to deliver. The owner's proposed solution of purchasing expensive extensions, with a minimal discount, was not a viable option. To rectify their error, I would have to incur additional costs and potential damage to my hair. I caution others against patronizing this establishment, and I am contemplating legal action.

I absolutely adore this salon, the ambiance is incredibly soothing and empowering. Rebecca styled my hair and I am amazed at how precisely she executed my desired look. She consistently checked in with me throughout the cut and color process to ensure my satisfaction.
