I brought in my 10-year-old son as a walk-in client, and Katherine was the stylist working, and I have to say she was truly amazing! She quickly got him seated and asked how my son wanted his hair cut. He just needed a much overdue clean up/trim. Katherine could easily see that my son was hesitant and wanted to keep as much of his wavy long hair as possible. Without any hesitation, Katherine explained to him why it was so important to come in consistently for haircuts and how much product he should need to use in his hair. It was definitely such a nice thing for her to do, especially since I have been telling my son this for quite some time. Katherine also asked if he wanted his hair washed and made sure to tell him that it was included in the price. He did decide to get it washed and he felt like such a grown-up! I also noticed and commented that when Katherine was getting ready to start cutting, she put some of my son's hair separated in clips, which I've noticed several times before at other places. They usually won't do that for a quick kids trim. It's really hard to find a great stylist who has the patience and kindness to give children a quality haircut, and I would definitely recommend Katherine for that! She was so personable, and that made my son feel at ease. He even learned some valuable things about his hair. My son was very happy with the way his hair looked afterwards and is now eager to go back for his next appointment to keep his hair healthy! A huge thank you to Katherine for being a rock star!
Had a cut and color package with Katherine. She did a great job with it and made suggestions to achieve the look I wanted. She took her time to make sure the color would turn out just right. Ultimately it turned out well and I’m glad I trusted her with my hair! Thanks Katherine!
Literally the worst haircut I’ve ever received: lopsided, bangs are extremely uneven, messed up the hairline, didn’t trim above the ears, hair in one area is nearly a 2-inch difference from right next to it. The stylist (4/1 at 12:30) was either drunk or had no idea what she was doing. I really wanted to go back to complain, but I’ve decided to never set foot in this facility ever again. Lost customer.
