I have just concluded a truly fantastic pedicure and manicure session. I have, regrettably, neglected my nails, and the professionals here did an exceptional job in revitalizing them. They were not only pleasant but also efficient! The pricing is reasonable for the outstanding service provided. I will definitely be returning.
A close friend and I visited this establishment to pamper ourselves just a week ago following a challenging period. We opted for acrylic nails on our fingers. To our disappointment, the very next day, the nails began to lift... and within ONE WEEK of application, the acrylics had completely come off. Our nail technicians seemed to rush through the process, leaving us dissatisfied. I award one star for the acrylics falling off and a second star for the brief period of having aesthetically pleasing nails. While I have not encountered issues here previously, it seems unlikely that we will return.
This location is truly exceptional. The individuals here are incredibly kind and deliver exceptional service. In my view, they are the finest in Gig Harbor. I have frequented this establishment for pedicures and waxing for more than ten years, and the quality of service has remained consistently outstanding. I visited again today and realized that I had never shared my feedback. Much appreciation!
