I went for a gel manicure and pedicure here and spent nearly $100. To my disappointment, they all peeled off intact in less than a week without any effort on my part. I had them done specifically for a vacation, and they only lasted a couple of days. I'm uncertain if they were applied incorrectly, but the gel did not adhere to my nails. This hasn't happened at any other nail salon. Typically, gel lasts me a month.
I've been on the lookout for a good nail salon ever since I relocated to Kitsap County. A friend recommended this place to me, so I decided to give it a try. I was thoroughly impressed with this salon. I particularly appreciate their check-in system. I brought a picture of a design I wanted with my full set, and Tiffany did an exceptional job! She dedicated the time needed to make my nails look flawless! I've never had a nail technician do such an outstanding job. I'm willing to drive the 20 minutes every few weeks to get my nails done here because it's truly worth it! If I could, I'd give them a 10-star rating!
This was the worst gel nail service I've ever received; it didn't even last a week. Immediately after it was done, I wasn't satisfied because it appeared bumpy with a poor finish. However, I didn't say anything as the technician seemed new and nervous, and the receptionist was being tough on her. I had to return four times because my nails were falling apart right after each visit! Some were broken, and others just came off completely! It's gel; they didn't last even a week, forcing me to return! I spent over $100 on the service, and the receptionist told me not to come back, blaming my nails, even though this had never happened to me before and I've had gel nails done multiple times. She treated me as if I were intentionally causing the issues. Who wants to drive back every other day to fix a nail? I do not recommend this place at all.
