Everyone on the Lissè team is an absolute expert. From Botox with Kat, hair PRP injections with Stephanie, laser with Zoee I have never had an even slightly negative experience with anyone at Lissè. Extremely disappointed with Lisse. I am enrolled in the "Lean In" program using semaglutide as a tool for weight loss. I have been on the starting dose of .25mg (10 units) and decided to go up to .50mg (20 units) for my fifth dose. Previously I was given a vial to self-administer the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th starting dose. I was unable to pick up the 1st dose of .50 mg but thankfully I had some left in the previous vial I received. However, today upon picking up my medication, I received a small bag with 3 insulin syringes with mixed quantities (21 units, 21 units, and a dose of 17 units). The ordered dose is 20 UNITS. I had to turn around after receiving my medication and had to ask for the correct dose. The front desk lady literally rolled her eyes and seemed extremely annoyed by my request. I was previously told that due to "FDA guidelines" I'm not allowed to have my own vial of semaglutide. I should have got a total of 4 doses because I used a previous vial for the first dose. So not only did they short me a total syringe of medication, they gave me a smaller dose with the assumption that I wouldn't notice. I believe that Lisse is trying to scam people and is maybe using a single vial for multiple people to bring in more of a profit. There is another medical spa in GH that offers semiglutide, don't settle.
