Best hair styling in the city, complete with a relaxing neck massage post-cut!
I'd rate it a zero. Simply can't. I clearly requested a 1/4-1" trim. A TRIM! Instead, in one snip, the guy chopped off 4 inches on the side. This numbskull transformed my beautiful red curls into straight hair. What a disappointment. I was furious then, and I'm still furious now. I refused to pay and walked out. Never returning.
Undoubtedly the most exceptional haircut I've received in ages.
