Sun Nails

Extremely poor staff service. I was made to wait for two hours as they prioritized a customer who arrived after me. During my last visit for a nail appointment, the staff did not greet me warmly, and one employee gave me a disdainful look as if I was inconveniencing them. The service was not as disappointing during my initial visit years ago, and this change in attitude towards me is disrespectful. It is evident that they show favoritism towards other customers. I strongly advise against patronizing this salon.

I must express my deep disappointment with the recent experience at this establishment. I have been a patron on and off for many years, often praising their services and referring numerous individuals. My visit for a much-needed nail and toe treatment after almost a year was anticipated with excitement. While Lena did an exceptional job on my nails, the overall pedicure fell short. The gel polish on my toes began peeling off shortly after, some nails were not fully painted, and there was still dead skin around my toes. Typically, pedicures here are a favorite of mine, but the individual who worked on my toes seemed to struggle, resulting in cuts near my cuticles. The fact that the gel polish peeled off after a second application, which should last a month, is truly surprising. I haven't even had them for a full day. Having spent $60 on the pedicure alone, as a customer who regularly spends over $130 after a tip, I am beyond frustrated. While I will return for Lena to do my nails, I have decided not to come back for pedicures. This is not the first time such an incident has occurred, and it is likely to be the last.

The quality of service for the past two visits has been subpar. Paying $45 to $50 for a service only to have the nails chip or the polish come off shortly after is unacceptable.
